West London Waste, is conducting the procurement using an Open OJEU procedure for the purpose of appointing a Contractor(s) for the provision of transport of mainly waste and associated services from sites within the WLWA area. The requirements are split into 2 Lots:

- Lot 1 – Bulker Services - which means the transporting of waste and recycling using the following vehicle types:

-- Tractor units to transport up to 44tons gross payload;

-- Semi-trailers to transport with tractor unit (combined as an articulated vehicle) up to 44 tons gross payload.

- Lot 2 – Roll On Roll Off Services (RoRo) - which means the transporting of waste and recycling using the following vehicle types:

-- Rigid multi-axle vehicles for the services to pick up, transport and discharge waste contained within various open top and ISO containers on sled units (i.e. hook lift and RoRo type vehicles). A maximum of 1 rigid body tipping muck away type vehicle can be counted under this criterion.
