The district of Nienburg/Weser is planning the construction of a new fire brigade technical centre (FTZ) in the industrial area of the town of Lemke, municipality of Marklohe, located about four kilometres west of the district town of Nienburg/Weser. It is a replacement for the existing FTZ in Verdener Landstraße in Nienburg, whose buildings from the 1960s cannot be adapted to today's requirements of an FTZ.
In order to realize the aforementioned project, specialist planning services for traffic and outdoor facilities must be awarded to a suitable object planner.
The LK Nienburg/Weser is planning the construction of a new fire brigade technical centre (FTZ) in the industrial area of Lemke, Marklohe municipality, located approx. 4km west of the district town of Nienburg/Weser. It is a replacement for the existing FTZ in Verdener Landstraße in Nienburg, whose buildings from the 1960s cannot be adapted to today's requirements of an FTZ.
The scope of the construction project includes:
-a main building with parking spaces,
-workshops and test halls with depot,
-a hose drying tower,
-a main vehicle hall with storage space and manoeuvring areas,
-a training yard,
-a fire brigade training house
The services to be provided correspond to the service profiles of §§ 39, 47 HOAI. The detailed requirements for the performance target of the object planner for open-air/traffic facilities result from the service description (VU A4), which is made available as part of the tender documents via the tendering portal.
In addition, the specialist planner for traffic facilities must provide special services, which also result from the LB (VU A4, No. 2.3).
The contracts for the project management services according to AHO have already been awarded. The award of contracts for the building planning services, the technical planning services for the building services and the structural design have already started and will be awarded at short notice.
The construction project will be carried out as an individual trade, divided into specialist and partial lots.
