The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to regulate the public tender for the award of the licence for the provision of the port pilotage service in the Port of San Sebastián de La Gomera.

The call has been published in the Official State Gazette number 310, dated December 28, 2023.

This notice is published for the purposes of complying with the provisions of article 109.2 of the consolidated text of the Ports and Merchant Shipping Act.
