1) The subject of the contract in the present proceedings is:
a) installation of 25 sets of new sets of digital system for recording the course of court hearings set for courtrooms in the new building of the District Court in Częstochowa at 90 Św. Rocha Street (under construction), in the version that currently operates in common courts;
b) providing a guarantee and warranty for min. 48 months, during which the contractor will be obliged to service and provide technical support for the installed and implemented systems, as described in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ.
3) Location of the place of delivery and implementation – the building of the District Court in Częstochowa at 90 Św. Rocha Street – 25 courtrooms;
4) The full scope of the Ordering Party's requirements in relation to the subject of the contract includes: a detailed description of the subject of the contract (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ) and a draft contract, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
1. Description of the item of the order
1) The subject of the contract in the present proceedings is:

Rocha Street (at the time of initiating proceedings during construction), in the version that currently operates in common courts;
b) providing a guarantee and warranty for min. 48 months, during which the contractor will be obliged to service and provide technical support for the installed and implemented systems, as described in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ.

2. Important provisions related to the implementation of the subject of the contract:
1) The Contractor guarantees the implementation of the subject of the contract in accordance with the conditions set out in the SWZ and the annexes constituting the Detailed description of the subject of the contract.
2) All materials for the implementation of the contract are provided by the Contractor.
3) Purchased materials and devices must be new, unregenerated and must have appropriate certificates and attestations or other documents.
4) The Contractor, at his own risk and responsibility, will obtain all the information that may be necessary to prepare the offer.
5) The Contractor should familiarize himself with due diligence with the content of the contract documentation and obtain reliable information regarding the terms and obligations that in any way may affect the value, nature of the offer or the performance of the contract. In a situation where the Contractor wins the proceedings, complaints regarding the change in the value of the offer in the light of the Contractor's obligations set out above will not be considered.
6) The Contractor is obliged to clarify all doubts with the Ordering Party before submitting the offer.
7) The Contractor shall bear all costs related to the preparation and submission of its tender and all related documents.
8) The Contractor undertakes to ensure constant and continuous supervision of works by persons indicated by him.
9) The Contractor is obliged to: maintain order and order in the area of assembly works, protection of property, supervision over occupational health and safety, ensuring fire protection, protection of the work area against access by third parties, removal of failures related to the conduct of works, performance of appropriate safeguards in the area of work, as well as during and after the completion of works to bring about the proper condition of the assembly work area.
10) The Contractor shall provide during the performance of the contract: equipment and qualified personnel. If the Contractor considers that additional qualified personnel is necessary for the proper and full implementation of the subject of the contract, it will employ such persons at its own expense.
11) The Contractor is obliged to provide a guarantee and warranty for the delivered and installed materials and devices for a minimum period of 48 months – a maximum of 72 months, counting from the date of final acceptance of assembly works – CRITERION EVALUATED.
