At this tender, the contracting entity wishes to obtain offers of agreement for the supply and installation of facade cladding (brick and wood) in connection with the contracting contract relating to the construction of 100 turnkey publicly supported general family and senior housing and community houses. The Total Prize is implemented using the Delegated Builder Model, which means that Thor's Have A/S as a delegated builder must lift Fyns Nonprofit Housing Company (FAB) tender duty under the Procurement Act. Thors Have A/S has entered into a total contract with the contracting entity to acquire the rights and obligations of Thors Have A/S under Thor's Have A/S agreement with the FAB. Contracting entities must thus lift FAB's procurement obligation under the Procurement Act.

The tender offer is a re-tender, previously published by Tender Order No 2021/S 169-441090. Changes have been made to the material and the bidder is therefore invited to read the tender material carefully, especially the project material.

The 100 general family and senior residences and community houses are constructed on two construction fields; construction field B0 (about 6,438 m2) and construction field B8 (about 2,470 m2), Rismarksvej 52 in 5200 Odense V, which FAB acquires from Thors Garden A/S by a conditional purchase agreement for the construction of general family and senior housing as well as community house. The tender is part of the larger entrance price project regarding the construction of the 100 turnkey family and senior housing, as well as community house located Rismarksvej 52, 5200 Odense V. The total entrance price project is offered in a number of phases. Contracting entities intend to apply the provision rule in Section 8 (2) of the Procurement Act as regards certain deliveries in respect of total contracts.
