Daily 24-hour occupation of the security center in the Bavarian State Chancellery in Munich with 2 persons

The contractor (hereinafter referred to as AN) guarantees the contractor (in the future AG) the occupation of the security center in the building of the Bavarian State Chancellery, Franz-Josef-Strauß-Ring 1, Munich (object to be guarded) with 2 persons over 24 hours daily with the following tasks:

a) Property protection by monitor monitoring of the in-house video surveillance system;

b) Property protection as part of the monitoring and processing of incoming alarm messages (eg fire, burglary, panic alarm);

c) execution of accumulating alarm messages from the building management system;

d) accompanying activities such as B. Lift exemption by qualified persons (elevator attendant training), switching the ramp heating to manual operation, opening the roller door in case of failure of the automatic control, etc .;

e) access control to the underground car park of the security object;

f) on request, accompanying the police officers deployed in the security object.
