1. The subject of the contract is the supply of furniture for the needs of the Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz.

Part 3: Supply and installation of office chairs, conference chairs;

Part 4: Supply and assembly of office furniture;

Part 5: Delivery and assembly of school furniture;

Part 6: Supply and assembly of swivel chairs;

Part 7: Delivery and assembly of the conference table;

6. The delivery of furniture will be carried out within the deadlines specified in the contract,

The Contractor shall notify the Ordering Party at least 2 days in advance of the planned delivery date with an indication of the date and time of delivery, in writing or to the e-mail address (the Ordering Party's address indicated in § 2 section 1 of the draft contract), with the proviso that the Contractor will deliver the ordered goods at his own expense and risk, ensuring that they are brought to the premises indicated by the Ordering Party between 7:15 and 15:00 from Monday to Friday. 11. The Contractor is obliged to take and dispose of all packaging in which the order was delivered, as well as to manage all waste generated during the performance of the contract.

12. The Contractor is obliged in particular to comply with the applicable health and safety regulations

and fire. and securing the rooms in which the order will be carried out and adjacent

with them communication routes against dirt, dust and damage.

13. After delivery of the subject of the contract and after completion of assembly works, the Contractor is obliged to organize the place of assembly and leave the rooms (floors, walls, etc.) in a condition no worse than before the date of assembly.
