EUR is looking for a cooperation partner that contributes to good, flexible and continuous absenteeism guidance of the approximately 4,000 employees, for both the statutory tasks, as well as for a number of additional and optional tasks.

• (At least) 24 hours of absenteeism guidance by, 2 permanent doctors (of which at least 1 certified company doctor). In addition, (minimum) 24 hours of task delegation by a maximum of 2 permanent task delegates with a BIG registration or a demonstrable medical background.

• Preventive guidance and advice by (company) doctors for employees and the organization. v

• Performing medical (home) workplace examinations on demand by an ergonomist.

• On demand Periodic medical examinations (PMO) and advice;

• Testing, advising on and possibly implementing an (in-depth) Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RI&E);

• Access to core experts on call.

• The occupational health and safety service provider is responsible for the administration and processing of the (medical) information

• On-demand consultations at company social work (expected 8 hours per week).

• The annual flu vaccinations.

• Preparation of the annual management report (annual report).

• Business psychological care (on demand).
