The purpose of this call for tenders is to design and carry out an information and communication program for European cheeses in France and Germany. This program should be a continuation of the co-funded “Cheese Europe 21” program, which will be held in France and Germany in 2021.
The offer must be written in French or English and will contain a technical and financial brief consisting of a proposal based on the elements described in the specifications.
- For each action, the tenderer will propose:
—— organization of each action (objectives, messages to be communicated, action logistics, material produced, budget);
—— a precise schedule for each action;
—— specific efficiency indicators (KPIs) by target which will serve as the basis for any evaluation;
—— an estimate of the result for all the actions of the program.
The tenderer will propose a summary table of each of his actions.
- a proposed secondary message which complements the main European message;
- the tenderer's budgetary offer including:
—— a precise budget for the year of the program by action and by country;
—— a summary budget.
