The subject of the contract is: successive delivery of diesel oil - in accordance with the PN-EN 590:2013-12 standard and corresponding to the quality requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680) - hereinafter referred to as "RMG for liquid fuels" - coming exclusively from fuel terminals on the territory of the Republic of Poland - for a period of 24 months,

divided into:

(a) Ekodiesel diesel fuel: summer, transitional and winter, hereinafter referred to as 'ON'.

(b) Arctic diesel with improved turbidity and cold filter locking temperature parameters, hereinafter referred to as 'ONA'.

- in accordance with the current needs of the Ordering Party.

Quantities in accordance with the procurement documents.
