4.1. The subject of the contract is the supply of liquid fuels and Adblue additive for the needs of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością in Goleniów

1. The subject of the contract is a successive, daily non-cash purchase (cards): 1) diesel fuel in the amount of: a) The basic order quantity is 220,000 liters of ON in accordance with the PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06 standard within a period of 12 months. 2) unleaded gasoline (PB95) in the amount of: a)The basic order quantity is 10,000 liters of unleaded gasoline in accordance with the PN-EN 228+A1:2017-06 standard over a period of 12 months. 3) AdBlue in the amount of: a) The basic order quantity is 6 000 liters of AdBlue in accordance with ISO-22241 over a period of 12 months. 2. Deliveries are to be carried out successively according to the needs of the Ordering Party 3. Cashless sale of liquid fuels and Adblue will take place by refueling vehicles and machines in use by the Ordering Party at the Contractor's petrol stations/network – using the Contractor's fuel cards issued to the Ordering Party. An employee of the Ordering Party refueling liquid fuel or Adblue for vehicles and machines in use by the Ordering Party at the Contractor's service station is obliged to enter the appropriate PIN code assigned individually to the fuel card and as a confirmation of the transaction will receive a proof of issue (printout from the terminal), where one copy of the release certificate is received by the Ordering Party's employee, and the second copy of the release certificate remains at the Contractor's service station. The proof of issue (printout from the terminal) will contain the following data: registration number of the refueled vehicle, date of fuel consumption, quantity and value of purchased fuel, fuel card number. 4. In this procedure, the Ordering Party provides for the right of option related to the possibility of ordering the quantities of fuels described in Chapter 4 of the SWZ
