the purpose of this contract is the provision of services related to printing, the packaging of industrial mail issued by Pôle emploi. The sending of mailings and the management of registered mail are also planned. The services will be carried out at the Holder's premises. The Contract is organized in three phases within the deadlines defined in the specifications: Appropriation phases allowing the Holder to analyze the flows of Pôle emploi, to carry out the IT developments necessary to process them in its Information System (Si), and to allow the exchanges of flows between the Pôle emploi system and the system of the Holder while respecting the schedule concerning the implementation of a PCA, etc... An operational phase allowing in particular the resumption of activities related to desktop publishing such as printing, envelopeding, etc ... in the holder's IT environment after a period of verification (Vsr) and tiling. There are 2 types of services, recurring services (standard mail and registered mail) and exceptional services (mailing, flows sent after 6am) a reversibility phase allowing the transfer of skills to Pôle emploi by providing all the specifications and procedures concerning the productions of Pôle emploi. Production will then gradually switch from the outgoing Licensee to the incoming Licensee. The expected services and associated deadlines are detailed in the specifications
