the purpose of this consultation is to entrust the performance of restoration and maintenance services of open natural environments.The framework agreement is established in accordance with an open tender procedure in accordance with articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 and R.2161-2 et seq. of the public procurement code.The framework agreement will be executed by issuing vouchers order in application of articles R.2162-2 and following of the public order code.
