Metsäsairila Oy is asking for an offer for a new wheel loader. The pikeloader will be acquired at Metsäsairila Oy's Sorting and Recycling Centre, Kiertotaloudenkatu 18, 50800 Mikkeli for loading, transfer and load loading tasks of various waste materials. A rollout date of the wheel loader JCB 426 HT 4x4/300 will be offered in the exchange on December 1, 2008. The hours of operation as of March 25, 2022 have been 9895 hours. It is possible to familiarize yourself with the exchange machine before the deadline for submission of the offer at Metsäsairila Sorting and Recycling Centre at the address.

The refund price shall be entered on the offer form as VAT free. The potential rebate price will be deducted from the VAT free price of the new machine offered in the bid comparison. The bidder must provide a refund price for the replacement machine and undertake to redeem it upon acquisition. The shifter is handed over to the supplier when the delivery is fully approved.

Metsäsairila Oy is requesting an offer for a new wheel loader, working weight of 15 to 17 tonnes in bucket gear (mentioned in the prospectus). The offer request shows the minimum equipment of the machine. The offer should note that the tenderer must take the subscriber's used JCB 426 HT 4x4/300 in exchange. The shifter does not include bucket equipment.

The new machine with its equipment must have a minimum warranty of 12 months. In addition to machine-specific books, the delivery shall include a manual manual and

spare parts list in Finnish. In addition, delivery must include user and maintenance training for four (4) drivers before approved delivery (up to 2 days/person) within the warranty period.

The shifter is handed over to the supplier when the delivery is fully approved.
