The subject of this contract is the provision of Internet access services for 2,923 addresses / locations for the period from 11.6.2019 to 31.12.2020 on equipment owned or at the Contractor's disposal. Installation and configuration of devices and Internet access services at the final project beneficiaries' place of residence together with on-site verification of data transfer speed (min. 3 speed measurements in the presence of the Final Beneficiary (BO) on the pages indicated by the Employer). Each initial installation and configuration of the service will be confirmed by an appropriate pre-acceptance protocol signed by a representative of the Contractor and BO. Provision of Internet access services for 2,923 addresses / locations will be entirely financed by communes / poviats participating in the agreement on joint conduct of proceedings and awarding of public procurement under the durability of projects "Counteracting digital exclusion in the voivodship. Whenever trademarks, patents, origin, standards, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems have been indicated in the description of the subject of the order, the Awarding Entity allows equivalent solutions. Equivalence consists in the possibility of offering the subject of the contract with not worse technical parameters, configurations, normative requirements, etc.
