The procurement services of the City of Turku's Group administration request that the kitchenware and tableware, GN containers and transport supplies be purchased for the use of the Municipalities of Vehmaa and Masku, Kaarina, Lieto, Naantali, Paimio, Raisio, Salo and Turku for the period 1.6.2023 - 31.5.2025, after which the contracts can be extended on the original terms by one (1) + one (1) year for the periods 1.6.2025 - 31.5.2026 and 1.6.2026 - 31.5.2027 (options). The option is about the Subscriber's right and not an obligation.
The procurement is divided into six (6) areas as follows:
Subdivision 1 GN receptacles (in accordance with EN 631) and transport equipment
Subdivision 2 Pots, frying pans
Subdivision 3 Table setting and cutlery
Subdivision 4 Serving dishes and kitchen utensils
Subdivision 5 Baking accessories
Subdivision 6 Assistive Eating Equipment
In procurement, a framework agreement is made with one (1) Supplier by sub-area.

The products to be procured are different types and sizes of GN containers and transport-related accessories, which are procured during the contract period according to varying needs.

All products offered must meet the requirements set for them throughout the contract period.
If the GN containers offered by the selected Supplier are not suitable for the Subscriber's equipment or furniture, the Customer reserves the right to order them from other Suppliers.
Casseroles, frying pansThe municipalities of Vehmaa and Masku, the cities of Kaarina, Lieto, Naantali, Paimio, Raisio, Salo and Turku participate in this area.
The products to be procured include various pots and frying pans, which are procured during the contract period according to varying needs.
