The purpose of this public European tender procedure is to contract a contractor for the Veluwe IJssel Environment Service (OVIJ) to carry out supervision and enforcement with regard to environmentally related implementation tasks.

The purpose of this public European tender procedure is to contract a contractor for the Veluwe IJssel Environment Service (OVIJ) to carry out supervision and enforcement with regard to environmentally related implementation tasks.

On an annual basis, there are approximately 550 checks (of which approximately 460 are initial checks and 90 are re-checks). The initial checks can be both integral checks and checks that focus on only 1 or more aspects. The ratio in it can vary over the years.

The ratio of initial checks and rechecks can also vary because the work is risk-oriented.

The introduction of the Environment and Planning Act, under which a new method of control will take place, will also affect the implementation of the assignment after the first term.

The objectives of this Agreement are:

1. That all checks outsourced to the contractor are carried out in a timely and qualitatively good manner and are transferred to OVIJ in a timely manner for administrative processing;

2. That the contractor understands and defends the interests of OVIJ, proactively thinks along and is flexible.

The annual turnover associated with this assignment is approximately € 300,000-€ 400,000. No rights can be derived from this amount.

The agreement will be entered into with one contractor and has a duration of 1 year from the start date of 1 January 2023. The agreement can then be renewed twice for one year.
