1) The subject of the contract is the delivery of dressing materials for the Multispecialist Hospital in Inowrocław, within 12 months from the date of signing the contract.
2) The duration of execution of the order specified for 12 months may be extended by the Contracting Authority in the event that the Contracting Authority has not used the quantity of the assortment specified in the subject of the contract.
3) Delivery of dressing materials will be carried out according to current orders within a period of time - up to 2 working days after receipt of the order, within 12 months from the date of the contract.
4) Place of execution of the order: Dr. Ludwik Błażek Multipecjalist Hospital, 97 Poznańska Street, 88-100 Inowrocław.
