1.1 Basic scope for flat-rate work:

1.1.1 Technical inspection, maintenance and operation of the network and installation to the extent necessary for its proper operation, drinking water, fire control, central heating of sprinkler and fog installations.

1.1.2 Maintenance of buildings, structures, facilities with their associated installations, maintenance of sanitary, storm, industrial drainage system, drinking water mains, fire water mains, central heating network and sprinkler and fog installations, fault removal.

1.1.3 Maintenance of central vacuum equipment and installations — technical inspection, maintenance (fault removal), repairs.

1.1.4 Fulfillment of 24/7 duty to remove failures on buildings, structures, networks and installations

1.1.5 Operation of the SAP system in the field of: proper organisation of maintenance, maintenance of buildings, structures, structures and facilities associated with them and sanitary, storm, industrial drainage system, drinking water mains, fire water, central heating, sprinkler and fog installations.

1.2 Scope for post-built works:

1.2.1 Removal of failures beyond the scope of the lump sum and carry out renovations of planned buildings, structures, construction structures of steel, concrete masonry structures.

1.2.2 Removal of breakdowns beyond the scope of the lump sum and repair of planned networks and installations of sanitary, storm, industrial drainage, drinking water mains, fire control, central heating, sprinkler and fog installations, equipment and central installations vacuuming
