1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service of cleaning and maintenance of the surroundings of buildings, i.e. paved surfaces and green areas belonging to PCM Sp. z o.o., year-round maintenance of the landing site of LPR rescue helicopters in constant operational readiness, in a manner securing the safety of take-offs and landings, performance of auxiliary economic activities for the Ordering Party.
