First-level interventions are defined as follows:
— maintenance, technical maintenance and small work: plumbing (valves, replacement of gaskets, leakage, air conditioning...) electricity (changes of bulbs, choke change, rearmament of circuit breakers...), locksmith (replacement of batteries, change of locks...);
— handling (delivery and assembly of office furniture and equipment, delivery of paper, setting up tables and chairs for meeting rooms, various small handling work...);
— small internal moves;
— handling aid on the storage area.
The market includes the following services:
— carry out all simple actions/diagnostics, small plumbing repairs and electrical troubleshooting, replacing wear parts necessary or desirable for operation and carried out on easily accessible elements (usually without any disassembly or specific tooling) safely;
— participate in handling efforts (delivery of furniture, paper delivery, setting up meeting rooms, assembly of furniture...);
— monitor the status of stocks of supplies necessary to carry out the mission;
— participate in the definition of supply needs;
— receiving, identifying and tracing Level I requests for intervention, assisting and responding to users, correcting malfunctions, incidents, reported failures within its scope of competence within the response times prescribed by the CCTP;
— list all interventions through activity indicators;
— bring to the attention of the General Services and Real Estate Department of requests for intervention under level 2 and above;
— conduct a weekly “round” of all the buildings under the conditions of the CCTP.
