Cleaning services of the premises including the supply of cleaning and hygiene products and the cleaning of the glazing of the Institute of Physico-Chemical Biology, 13 rue Pierre et Marie Curie, 75005 PARIS

The purpose of this contract is the execution of recurring cleaning services of the premises of the Institute of Physico-Chemical Biology.

The aforementioned object includes the supply of materials and products necessary for the performance of cleaning services, the supply and installation of consumables and sanitary, the collection of waste and its deposit in containers.

The description of these services and their technical specifications as well as the modalities of execution are indicated in the Special Technical Clauses (C.C.T.P.) n° CCTP_2023_CNRS_IBPC and the Special Administrative Clauses (C.C.A.P.) n° CCAP_2023_CNRS_IBPC.

Two possible additional services (PSE) are offered. (cf CCP)

• Possible additional service N°1: Annual dusting of old books in the archives and library of the IBPC. The provision and costing of PSE N°1 is optional.

• Possible additional service N°2: Cleaning of interior and exterior glazing. The provision and costing of PSE N°2 are mandatory.
