- The project management studies include the restructuring of building B: 1/2 board, including maintenance workshop, renovation of the boiler room (basement), replacement of joinery, restoration of facades, repair of the roof, including creation of an access

- The project management service will be divided into two distinct phases: studies and works related to the removal of asbestos and deconstruction of buildings, studies and renovation work of buildings

- The amount of the budget allocated to the work is set at €2,650,000 excluding tax (August 2023 value) including: €220,000 (excluding VAT). For the asbestos removal phase and €2,430,000 (excl. VAT). For the renovation phase of the building
