procedure conducted within the framework of a group of orders constituted by the following entities: La Roche-Sur-Yon Agglomeration (coordinator), The City of La Roche-Sur-Yon, The Municipality of Mouilleron-Le-Captif, The Municipality of La Ferrière, The Municipality Aubigny-Les Clouzeaux.

The procedure will result in the conclusion of a single-awardee framework agreement with purchase orders concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 210,000.00 euros excluding VAT per year for the entire group. This maximum amount is the subject of the contractual distribution within the grouping of orders specified in the deed of commitment.

The Framework Agreement will be concluded from 29 November 2023 or its notification date if later for an initial period of 1 year, tacitly renewable 3 times, i.e. a maximum duration of 4 years
