The object of the order is the construction of 5 covered storage boxes for the storage of segregated waste: plastics, metal and other raw materials in the framework of the project “Expansion of Waste Zoning Plant Nowy Dwór Sp. z o.o.”, according to the technical documentation and the permit construction — Decision No AB.6740.1.77.2015 of 09.03.2015.

1. The object of the contract is the construction of 5 covered storage boxes for the storage of segregated waste: plastics, metal and other raw materials in the framework of the project “Expansion of the Waste Development Plant Nowy Dwór Sp. z o.o.”, according to the technical documentation and the permit construction — Decision No AB.6740.1.77.2015 of 09.03.2015, which are annexes to the SWZ.

2. General scope of the item of the order:

1) The scope of the object of the contract includes construction works, obtaining the necessary decisions to allow use or no objection to the notification of the competent building authority of the completion of the construction, the development of post-construction documentation, the necessary instructions for operation and the provision of the guarantee, according to the contract documents;

2) In the framework of implementation the Contractor shall, in particular, blame:

a) familiarize yourself with SWZ,

(b) apply the document circulation procedure developed by the Inspector of Investor Supervisory, constituting Annex No 5 to the model contract — Annex No 6 to the SWZ,

(c) carry out all necessary documentation for the implementation of the construction and obtaining all decisions including, in particular, the Safety and Health Plan and the Quality Assurance Plan.

(d) carry out construction works in accordance with the accompanying documentation,

(e) obtain all necessary decisions/arrangements enabling the use of the facility after the completion of the works;

3) The transfer of the Contractor of the construction site will occur protocol, on the date of signing the contract, in the presence of the Inspector of Investor Supervision and the Contracting Officer. The Contractor shall have full responsibility for the site and the machinery, equipment and facilities on it after the acquisition of the construction site. After the transfer of the construction site, the Ordering Party, Supervisor and Supervisory Authority have the right to enter the construction site at any time;

4) The Contracting Authority shall have a construction log for the w/w task and shall forward it to the Contractor on the date of signing the contract;

5) The Contracting Authority shall inform the possibility that the Contractors carry out a local vision at the place of execution of the The costs associated with making a local vision shall be borne by the Contractor. Local vision can be made on working days from 9:00 to 13:00. In order to participate in the local vision, the Contractors are obliged to report (by email) to the person entitled to contact the Contractors, as indicated in Chapter VIII of the SWZ, the names of persons who will participate in the local vision (the Contractor will be obliged to fulfil the obligation in relation to these persons information GDPR referred to in Chapter XX of SWZ). Local vision will be carried out after prior agreement and confirmation of the exact date and time with the Ordering Party. Those who arrive on a local vision (administrative building — secretariat) must have an identity document with them. The Contracting Authority informs that it does not provide for a meeting of Contractors to clarify doubts about the content of the SWZ and will not answer questions related to the SWZ during the local vision.

At the same time, the Contracting Authority shall inform that it does not require the Contractor to carry out a local vision or to check the documents necessary for the execution of the contract referred to in Article 131 (2) of the Pzp Act.

3. Detailed description of the item of the order are annexes to the SWZ.
