Framework agreement on the supply of:

- lot 1: mechanical water meters only and their accessories;

- lot 2: mechanical water meters equipped with AFD and their accessories, as well as AFD alone (AFD designates the additional functional device integrating the radio function added to the water meter).

Supply of water meters with mechanical technology (volumetric or speed) only and accessories for mechanical water meters (filter, flow stabilizer, insert valve option, etc.).

Supply of water meters with mechanical technology (volumetric or speed) pre-equipped on delivery with AFD (parameterized according to customer specifications) and accessories for mechanical water meters (filter, flow stabilizer, valve option with insert, etc.), as well as AFD alone for the equipment of mechanical water meters.

This supply must be compatible, at a minimum, with the solution used mainly by Veolia Water and which was developed by the company Birdz. These functions must be compatible with the field tools, radio networks and information systems of Veolia Water to guarantee the continuity of its activity.
