The vocational schools B5 and B14 have so far been housed in separate buildings and at different locations in the city. On the property (s) sought in this investor procedure, either a new building for the vocational schools B5 / B14 is to be built by the contractor and / or an existing building to be converted or refurbished according to the specifications of the tender documents. The new school location must be within the city of Nuremberg and provide a walking connection to local public transport. Further details on the school location can be found in the tender documents. The city of Nuremberg currently has no suitable property / building available. The following areas of use are to be accommodated at the new location: vocational school B5, vocational school B14, sports hall, outdoor sports facilities and outdoor facilities including parking spaces. The vocational schools B5 / B14 will be used by around 1,502 students. The approximate space requirement is 16,736 m
