TenneT is one of the leading transmission system operators (TSOs) for electrical energy in Europe with operations in the Netherlands and Germany. TenneT's task is to reliably supply around 42 million end users in the relevant markets with electricity from the high-voltage and extra-high-voltage grid around the clock.
In order to achieve this stable power supply, the need to expand the data center infrastructure was determined by adding a new data center building to the current inventory.
The aim of this tender is therefore to award all the necessary general planning services for the new data center in Lower Saxony to a market participant. Based on the HOAI, the planning services comprise around 70% of the total range of services in service phases 1 - 9.
