The purpose of this consultation is to establish the general contractual terms between the public establishment of the Musée national Picasso-Paris and the candidate selected for a contract relating to a project management assistance mission (AMO) and project leader concerning the creation of the Centre d'études picassiennes (CEP) — phase 2, management of the implementation of the project.

The incumbent shall ensure all aspects of the project management assistance mission until 31.3.2022:

— general coordination: team management, reporting, inter-agency coordination;

— implementation and updating of project indicators: budget, planning, progress indicators, decision records;

— advice and support on the identity of the CEP, in collaboration with the Department of Communication;

— portal: support on functional and technical aspects;

— support for the decision on an acceptable level of risk of dissemination of archives;

— support on future recruitment decisions.

The provision of assistance to project management concerns assistance and support in the award of a contract or a framework agreement for reconditioning, description and digitization on behalf of the Musée national Picasso-Paris, as well as the award of a contract for design-realization of a documentary resource portal. This mission shall be carried out from the notification of this contract until 31.10.2023.
