Description:

The subject of the contract is the supply of office equipment for the needs of State Administration Units, specified in Annex 1 to the ToR, divided into parts:

Part I - Printers

Part II - Scanners and label printers

Part III - Multifunctional devices

The detailed method of implementation of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 2 to the ToR - Technical Specification, Annex 3 to the ToR - Significant provisions of the framework agreement and Annex 4 to the ToR - Significant provisions of the executive agreement. The contracting authority envisages the conclusion of a framework agreement.

The awarding entity does not envisage the award of contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 7 of the PPL Act.

The Awarding Entity does not envisage conducting an electronic auction.

The Purchaser does not allow submission of variants within the meaning of art. 2 point 7 of the PPL Act.

The Awarding Entity allows partial bids.

The contracting authority envisages the conclusion of a framework agreement.


Printers

The detailed method of implementation of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 2 to the ToR - Technical Specification, Annex 3 to the ToR - Important provisions of the framework agreement

And Annex 4 to the ToR - Important provisions of the executive contract.

The awarding entity specified the estimated number of the ordered subject of the order only for the purpose of valuation of offers submitted by Contractors, which will then be used to compile a ranking of submitted offers.

General requirements confirming that the offered Equipment meets the specified requirements

By the Employer:

The Equipment offered must have a CE declaration or an equivalent document, in accordance with the requirements of the Technical Specification, constituting Annex 2 to the ToR

All devices must have a user manual in Polish available on-line or on a CD; instructions will be provided to the Ordering Party on the day of delivery of the Equipment in the form of a CD, or the address of the website on which the manual is available,

Or it can be downloaded,

All devices must be compatible with the operating systems listed in the Technical Specification and have drivers for these devices on CD / DVD,

4. Consumables must be attached to the devices offered in Parts I and III as described below:

a) the delivered devices must be equipped with a set of consumables enabling immediate commencement of work and printing the appropriate number of pages indicated in the Technical Specification constituting Annex 2 to the ToR, and in accordance with

With minimum requirements contained in its content.

b) they must be original (branded by the manufacturer of the device), full-fledged and brand new, and their use must not invalidate the warranty;

c) the number of prints indicated in the Technical Specification constituting Annex 2 to the ToR must be in accordance with the ISO standard or equivalent specified by the Employer in this document;

d) The Employer allows devices operating in the technology of drum and toner separation as well as in cartridge technology (drum and combined toner);

e) the requirements for the performance of startup consumables can be met by supplying a single toner / drum / cartridge as well as several items together.

5. The Awarding Entity specified the estimated number of the ordered subject of the order only for the purpose of valuation of offers submitted by Contractors, which will then be used to compile a ranking of submitted offers.

6. The framework agreement will contain the entire range listed in the submitted offers, i.e. each Unit during the term of the framework agreement will be able to purchase any equipment specified in the Technical Specification, constituting Annex 2 to the ToR.

7. Whenever in the content of the ToR, including the Technical Specification, constituting Annex 2 to the ToR, the subject of the contract has been described by indicating names, patents, standards, trademarks or origin, the Employer allows the Contractor to offer an equivalent solution.

8. If the Contractor offers equivalent equipment, he is obliged to demonstrate its equivalence in relation to the subject of the contract described in Annex 2 to the ToR.
