Offentlige fellesinnkjøp på Agder, OFA, would like to hold a competition for medical consumables with the accompanying deliveries, qualitative services, advice and training.

We will first have a qualification process where we will select up to 3 tenderers. These tenderers will be invited to submit a tender for the goods and services included in the competition. After the tenders have been received, clarifications and/or negotiation meetings will be held in accordance with the contracting authority's wishes. The first stage will be based on a selection of up to 3 tenderers, cf. the public procurement regulations § 16 - 2. The competition's tender management system explicitly states what the qualification requirements and the selection criteria are.

Offentlige fellesinnkjøp på Agder, OFA, would like to hold a competition for medical consumables with the accompanying deliveries, qualitative services, advice and training.

OFA consists of 24 municipalities in Aust-Agder and Vest-Agder, all of which are equal as regards priorities and obligations from the tenderer. In this concrete procurement, 21 of 24 municipalities will be bound to the actual contract, whilst the 3 remaining municipalities will have an option to join at a later date.
