The purchase regards procurement of consulting services / mentoring (business support) for 25 Nordic ideas /concepts selected for the third stage in 'The Nordic Independent Living Challenge'. The assignment will take place in a period of 5-7 months and the estimated value of the purchase is 4 300 000 NOK exclusive Norwegian VAT.

The procurement is part of the project 'The independent living challenge“ linked to the Nordic lighthouse project 'Innovative Nordic welfare solutions', which is part of the Nordic Council of Ministers cooperation for Innovation and Business policy 2014-2017.

The procurement includes organizing specific workshops, mentoring and support for the 25 ideas selected for phase 3.

The tender must contain a description of how the organization of the specific workshops, mentoring and support for the phase 3 selected ideas will be executed. It also has to include hours for project management and a detailed price of the different tasks (Appendix 7.)

All tender documents delivered to Nordic Innovation must be in English. Questions related to the tender can be in Norwegian, Danish or Swedish.

The goal with the procurement is that the 25 ideas/concepts will gain valuable knowledge and experience during the period being able to continue to the next phase of the competition.
