A contract for the development of Blaker Skanse The contract is not including technical operation and maintenance of the system which will be subject to a separate call for tenders.

The contract period is 5-year with option for 2 + 2 years extension, from 1.1.2020. After the described contract period has expired, the Contracting Authority can decide to extend the contract period with a 12-month notice period.

The tenancy agreements for the flats shall be ready for takeover from 1.8.2019 or in accordance with agreement.
