The Service Provider will need to offer the option to kennel a dog(s), which is not deemed by the Force to be a menace due to welfare issues.

Dogs seized must be kept in a secure and suitable environment whilst investigations and enquiries are carried out, due court process is followed, and until instructed further by Leicestershire Police.
