A system that ensures good planning of resources and labour, and which handles complicated work processes, such as rota planning. A resource management system that ensures efficient work hour planning with good compliance with the law and agreements through both proactive and reactive inspections of breaches of the Working Environment Act (AML), as well as experienced user-friendliness and intuitive. A resource management system that puts the responsibility on each individual employee and has possibilities to control own work hours, hour status, and plans.

Porsgrunn Municipality has approx. 3000 employees, and uses Unit4 ERP, Agresso as the wages and personnel system. The intention is that all users, except School, will use the new system for rota and time management.

The delivery consists of the establishment and implementation of a new resource management system with maintenance, further development, user support, and possibly operation. The establishment and implementation includes any system adaptations, testing, development of integration interface, and training.
