The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of medicines for a period of 12 months for the Independent Public Health Care Institution in Grodzisk in Grodzisk Wielkopolski under the conditions in the assortment and quantities specified in the further part of the SWZ and Annex 2 to the SWZ - divided into 6 parts. The contracting authority contractually refers to the subject of the contract as "medicines", which includes, inter alia, medical devices, foodstuffs and medical products.
