The scope of the object of the contract includes the summary quantities of work in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging and breaking of wood resulting from Annex 3 to SWZ, including Annex No 3.1. — size of work by group of activities, activities and location; Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system; Annex No 3.3. — summary of the distances and conditions of breaking wood; Annex No 3.4. — statement of items not made available for machine sourcing; Annex No 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies. Qualitative standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of forest work performance technology” in the organisational units of the Forests State. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the object of the contract contained in the Annex No 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works). Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to SWZ.A description of the rules for the reception procedure for forestry work is set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ. The implementation of the work included in the subject of the contract for individual Packages will be carried out in the area of forestry — specific to the Package (“Package Implementation Area”). The location (forest address) of the individual forestry works falling within the scope of the Subject Agreement is preliminary in Annexes No 3.1. — 3.3. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Contract Subject will be specified in the Order, provided that it will always be the Package Implementation Area. The standards to which the Contractor will, in particular, be obliged to observe when carrying out the subject of the contract are described in point 3.2. SWZ. The Contractor shall execute the subject of the contract on the basis of written orders submitted by the Contracting Authority's Representatives (the “Order”). The contents of the Order are defined by the contract on public procurement (Annex 12 to SWZ). The Contractor shall be obliged to clean up residues from extraction works from roads, surface dividing lines, ditches, etc. objects and other waste from his own business (garbage, empty packaging, used machinery components, etc.). The Contractor shall be required to use biodegradable oil to lubricate cutting systems in operated chainsaws and cutting heads and oil-absorbing kits in equipment operated within forests. For lubrication of cutting systems in operated chainsaws and cutting heads, the Contractor shall be obliged to use biodegradable oil with a biodegradable parameter not worse than 60%. Period of the order: from the date of conclusion of the contract until 31.12.2022, the other rules are described in the SWZ.

Qualitative standards relating to all relevant characteristics of the subject of the contract are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director-General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction into application of the 'Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works' in the organisational units of Forests State. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of particular forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract provided the basis for the determination of quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in the Annex No. 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works). Descriptions of the activity codes describing the individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to the SWZ.The description of the rules for the procedure for taking up forestry works is set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ. The implementation of the works included in the subject of the contract for individual Packages will take place in the area of forestry — relevant for the Package in question (“Package Execution Area”). The location (forest address) of individual forestry works falling within the scope of the subject of the Agreement as indicated in Annexes 3.1. — 3.3. The location (forest address) of the individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement will be specified in the Order, provided that it will always be the Package Execution Area. The standards to which the Contractor will be obliged, in particular, to comply with in the execution of the subject of the contract are described in point 3.2. SWZ. The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract on the basis of written orders submitted by the Representatives of the Contracting Authority (“Order”). The contents of the Order shall be defined by the contract on public procurement (Annex 12 to SWZ). The Contractor will be obliged to clean up residues from the harvesting works from roads, surface dividing lines, ditches, etc. objects and other waste after their own activities (garbage, empty packaging, used machinery components, etc.). The Contractor will be required to use biodegradable oil to lubricate cutting systems in operated chainsaws and cutting heads and oil absorption kits in equipment operated in forests. For lubrication of cutting systems in operated chainsaws and cutting heads, the Contractor will be obliged to use biodegradable oil with a biodegradable parameter of no worse than 60%. Period of the contract: from the date of conclusion of the contract to 31.12.2022, the other rules are described in the SWZ.
