The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and transport of municipal waste from owners of residential and uninhabited real estate in the area covering the municipalities of the city of Iława in the period from 1.6.2020 to 31.12.2023.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is attached as Annex 1 to the ToR (and as Annex 1 to the contract).
Performing the service, the Contractor will successively collect municipal waste from owners of inhabited and uninhabited properties, mixed from containers or bags for municipal waste, with the capacity and color specified in the Regulations in force in a given commune, with the frequency and in the manner resulting from the Regulations and resolutions, transported collected waste and he transferred them to the Installation and provided other services described in the contract and OPZ.

1. Under this contract, the municipal waste collection service is:
1) from owners of residential properties:
a. mixed unsorted waste - in any quantity;
b. paper, glass, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste, bio-waste, waste batteries and accumulators, waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste, ash from household fireplaces - in any quantity;
c. construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste - in an amount not exceeding 0.5 m
2) from uninhabited property owners:
a. mixed unsorted waste - in the quantities declared by the owner of the property, but not less than the minimum capacity of containers or bags provided for a given type of property in the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the area in force in a given commune;
b. paper, glass, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste, bio waste - in the quantities declared by the property owner;
3) from the owners of the property, which is in part a property on which the residents reside and in part a property on which the residents do not reside, and municipal waste is generated in the manner specified in points 1 and 2 above.
2. The subject of the contract also includes the service of equipping the property with containers and sacks for collecting waste and maintaining waste collection facilities in an appropriate technical and sanitary condition in the manner and to the extent described in section IV OPZ.
