Definition of Management Consultants Management consultants work on management's behalf with temporary, often company-wide problems and strategically important issues. Management consultants work to achieve improvements in organizations and their various processes. The goal is to achieve maximum business value or equivalent efficiency improvements for the client. An important part of the management consultant's mission is to provide objective and independent advice where the client's best interests are in focus.
Management consultants are not operationally responsible in the client's business, do not make operational decisions and do not run the client's business.
Estimated volumeThe previous year, the volume was approximately SEK 5 million. The bidder may consider this as a guide to the scope. Öresundskraft does not provide a guarantee for the same extent during the contract period, but the scope may change during this period.
The maximum volume of the framework agreement is SEK 60 million. When purchases on this agreement have amounted to the maximum volume, Öresundskraft has the right to terminate the agreement until immediate termination, or until the time specified by Öresundskraft. The maximum volume should not be confused with the estimated scope of the procurement.
