A detailed description of the item of the order is Annex A to the specification of the terms of the contract

The estimated quantities of individual fractions of waste intended for collection and development during the duration of the contract shall be Annex D to the specification of the terms of the contract.

The subject of the order is the successive collection, transport and development of municipal waste from the owners of the property where the inhabitants reside and on which the inhabitants do not reside, and municipal waste is created in the area of the municipality of Mikołów.

The Contractor shall be obliged to collect and use municipal waste donated by property owners according to division into the following fractions:

(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

(b) paper (including cardboard),

(c) glass,

(d) plastics, including metals and multi-aerial packaging,

(e) biowaste,

(f) ash and firebox slag,

(g) expired medicines and chemicals,

h) used batteries and batteries,

(i) furniture and other large-sized waste,

(j) construction and demolition waste,

(k) worn tyres,

(l) other non-biodegradable waste.

The estimated number of properties from which municipal waste will be received is 8,652, including:

(a) inhabited property: 7.810 (including: single family — 7.626, multi-family — 184),

(b) mixed property: 275,

(c) uninhabited properties: 566 (including: Family plot gardens - 10).

The estimated amount of municipal waste that the Ordering Party provides for receipt from property owners during the service period is 21.197 Mg.
