The Municipal Group of Helsinki and Uusimaa Nursing District establishes a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter referred to as DPS) for procurement of process-controlled prosthetics.

The acquisition shall be subject to an acquisition on the basis of an auxiliary assessment made within the framework of an individual needs acquisition. The products to be acquired are defined more accurately in each internal competition of the dynamic procurement system. The acquisition may also include a test period to make a decision on the procurement of a prosthetic prosthesis, as well as spare parts and maintenance for the prosthesis to be acquired.

Applications for participation in a dynamic procurement system can be submitted throughout its duration. All candidates qualifying for suitability will be included in the DPS. The actual procurement is made through intra-DPS competition.

The dynamic procurement system for processor-controlled prostheses is valid until December 31, 2025, unless shortened or extended by a separate notice.

The target of this dynamic procurement system (DPS) is HUS Auxiliary Center's acquisition of processor-controlled prosthetics. This is an acquisition on the basis of an auxiliary value made within the framework of an individual needs acquisition. The object of the acquisition is defined in the internal competition of the dynamic procurement system.

The object of the acquisition covers processor-controlled prosthetics, such as:

- processor-controlled upper arm prosthesis

- processor-controlled forearm prosthesis

- processor-controlled thigh prosthesis

- children's processor-controlled upper arm prosthesis

- processor-controlled elbow prosthesis for children

- remodel/replacement of children's processor-controlled prosthetic fist fist

The acquisition may include a test period on the basis of which a decision is made on the prosthetic contract.

Applications to participate in DPS may be submitted throughout its duration. All candidates qualifying for suitability will be included in the DPS. DPS shall be valid until the date indicated in the procurement notice unless it is suspended or amended upon the expiry of the DPS. Actual procurement is made through internal competition within the dynamic procurement system, describing and specifying the object of the acquisition. DPS's internal rivalries may be timed throughout the entire acquisition phase of DPS. The acquisition phase of DPS will begin after the establishment phase on November 1, 2021 and will end at the expiry of the DPS.

The dynamic procurement system can be temporarily closed during the duration of the dynamic procurement system. When the dynamic procurement system is closed, individual procurement cannot be made within the system

You may apply to DPS as a tenderer if you meet the suitability requirements indicated in the ESPD form as well as in “Other Terms of the Offer Request” and “Criteria for the Acquisition”.

A contract awarded on the basis of internal competition may continue in a fixed term or indefinite period even after the expiration of the dynamic procurement system. The products and their more detailed minimum requirements are described in the calls for tender for internal competition in the DPS.
