1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited real estate located in the municipality of Janów Lubelski and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.

The estimated amount of municipal waste is – 4 100 Mg

Quantities of municipal waste, i.e. 4 100 Mg are intended to enable the Contractor to prepare an offer. The actual amount of waste collected may be reduced or increased by up to 10%. Settlements between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor will be based on the amount of waste actually collected.
