SUPPLEMENTARY SCHOOL SERVICES OF AN EDUCATIONAL-WELFARE TYPE AND OF THE EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE SUPPORT SERVICE FOR THE INCLUSION OF DISABLED CHILDREN, PUPILS AND STUDENTS RESIDING IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN GIOVANNI IN PERSICETO

The purpose of this contract is to award the management of the following supplementary school services:

• advance and extension of the timetable at the nursery and primary schools of the municipality, carried out at four kindergartens and four primary schools in the area, for the period of the school calendar;

• extension of the timetable at the municipal nursery and direct management Giorgio Nicoli, for the period of the school calendar;

• accompaniment of pupils on school buses, in the route home – school and school – home, carried out: outward and return according to school timetable, on school buses where it is required, for the period of the school calendar;

• organization and management of summer educational activities owned by the successful bidder, the activities are aimed at users of the age groups 3/6 years and 7/11 years. The services subject to the contract must be activated from year to year on the basis of school calendars and the calendar of summer educational activities, for which an indicative period is expected between the beginning of September and the fourth week of July.

this contract has as its object the assignment of the educational assistance support service for the inclusion of disabled children, pupils and students residing in the Municipality of San Giovanni in Persiceto

The service covered by the contract is, therefore, aimed at disabled children and students, certified pursuant to art. 12 of Law 104/92 and residents in the Municipality of San Giovanni in Persiceto, enrolled in the Nicoli nursery and private nurseries, kindergartens and all state and equal schools of primary and secondary cycles, courses of the Regional System of Education and Vocational Training carried out at accredited Vocational Training Institutions. The activities covered by this contract therefore consist in carrying out specific educational programs as well as support for the development of autonomy, socialization and communication in favor of children, pupils and disabled students in school and extracurricular environments (possibility of interventions during school time also in the following contexts and projects: home and territorial), on the basis of the provisions of the Individualized Educational Project (P.E.I.) , at the request of school leaders, ensuring the right to personalization of learning for all students in difficulty. In addition, these activities can be carried out, in continuity with what has been achieved during the school year, also within the summer educational / training / recreational / recreational services organized at local level. The service subject to the contract must be activated from year to year on the basis of the school calendar and the calendar of summer activities, providing indicatively a period between the beginning of September and the end of July.
