The subject of the order is the delivery of Microsoft products or equivalent products within the Group Work Environment for the purposes of the Municipality of Gdańsk.

1. The subject of the order includes:

1) Delivery of Microsoft or equivalent products described in OPZ and IPU - as part of the basic order (Scope A)

2) The delivery of Microsoft products or equivalent products described in OPZ and IPU - as part of an optional order (Scope B, C and Range D - according to IPU rules)

3) The provision of services described in the OPZ and in the IPU - as part of the optional order (Scope E).

2. The Ordering Party pursuant to Article 99 (5) of the Pzp Act allows the possibility to submit an offer of products equivalent to Microsoft Products under the basic order and the option right order, in accordance with the OPZ (Description of the subject matter of the denunciation, annexed to the Specification Terms of the Order). The extent of equivalence and the method of evaluation of equivalent products is described in SWZ and OPZ.

3. Deadline of completion of the subject of

1) Basic order — Delivery of products (Range A): 36 months

2) Optional order — Delivery of products (Range B, C and Range D): 36 months

3) Optional order — Services (Scope E): 48 months
