1. The subject of the contract is services for the collection and development of solid municipal waste from real estate inhabited from the territory of Zabór, including:
(a) to equip operated properties with marked containers/containers for unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (e.g. the inscription on the container 'mixed waste'),
(b) equipping operated properties with containers/containers for selective collection of biodegradable waste marked with colour and description (e.g. brown — biodegradable waste),
(c) equipping operated properties with containers/container for selective collection of plastic waste marked with color and description (e.g. yellow — plastics),
(d) equipping operated properties with containers for selective collection of glass waste marked by color and description (e.g. green — glass),

(d) equipping operated properties with containers for selective collection of glass waste marked by color and description (e.g. green — glass),
e) equipment of operated properties with plastic works/containers for selective collection of waste from paper and cardboard marked with color and description (e.g. blue — paper),
(f) collection from the property (separated place before or near the fence, dumpster pergola, etc.) from the property owners of the whole mass of municipal waste donated by the owners of the property comprising both mixed municipal waste and waste collected selectively placed in containers and/or bags,
(g) collection from property owners of large-sized waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment and used tyres (8 pcs per household) 2 times a year (in the months of April and September),
(h) receipt from the owners of the property and the development of ash - 1 time a month in the winter period, i.e. in the months of October-April, provided that they purchase in their own right a specially marked container intended for this type of waste and report in the Municipal Office of Zabór willingness to take it. The Contracting Authority shall inform the Contractor by email at the latest three working days before the date of receipt;
(i) the cleaning and receipt and management of all accumulated waste from the collection sites, including those not placed in containers (e.g. next to containers), were collected in bags of a different kind from those supplied by the Contractor or dispersed in during the loading, collection of bulk waste next to filled containers and containers and bringing contiguous areas contaminated by overflow of containers to order;
j) replenishment/delivery of containers in place of damaged, stolen, vandalized.
(k) on completion of the subject matter of the contract, collection of containers by 31 January 2024.
(l) day-to-day reporting on the subject of the contract,
(m) the development of received waste in the plant.
2. The Contractor is obliged to recover or dispose of collected municipal waste in accordance with the Waste Act and the Law on Maintenance of Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities.
3. Detailed requirements for the execution of the order: The detailed requirements for the execution of the order are set out in the “Detailed description of the object of the contract”, as set out in Annex 2 to this SWZ.
4. Pursuant to Article 95 of the PZP Act, the Contracting Authority requires that persons performing the performance of the contract, whose tasks consist of carrying out the work in the manner laid down in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 — Labor Code, be employed by the contractor or subcontractor on under an employment contract.
5. Pursuant to Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 — Labor Code (single text of the OJ of 2020 item 1320) “By establishing an employment relationship, the employee undertakes to carry out the work of a certain kind for the benefit of the employer and under his management and at the place and time designated by the employer, and the employer, to hire the employee on remuneration.”
6. The above requirement of the Contracting Party includes persons performing manual physical work
