The billing company must guarantee the University Hospital Tübingen comprehensive fee management from a single source in order to contribute to the smooth running of the administrative and financial processes of the University Hospital Tübingen. For this purpose, the billing company prepares invoices on the basis of legal provisions and other requirements of the doctors' fee schedule or case law and sends them to patients. Possible complaints from patients in connection with the invoice will be clarified directly by the billing company. If clarification is only possible after consultation with the departments providing the service, they must be involved.

The contract is to be concluded for an initial period of 48 months. Within the entire period, the fees mentioned in the offer may not be increased by the bidder - later the contractual partner.
