1. Description of the subject of the contract:
a) The subject of the contract is a service consisting in servicing Christmas and New Year's decorations of the City of Krakow in the years 2023-2025.
b) The Ordering Party has described the subject of the contract with the following attachments:
- Draft provisions of the agreement (PPU), i.e. Annex 2 to the SWZ,
- Material scope, i.e. Annex 6 to the SWZ,
- List of decorative elements to be operated, i.e. Annex 7 to the SWZ,
c) Completion date: from the date of conclusion of the contract until 26.11.2025.
1. Description of the subject of the contract:
a) The subject of the contract is a service consisting in servicing Christmas and New Year's decorations of the City of Krakow in the years 2023-2025.
b) Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor, on the basis of an employment relationship, to employ persons performing the following activities, with the exception of persons performing the so-called independent technical functions in construction within the meaning of the Construction Law:
- manual workers – direct performance of the service.
The contracting authority allows the possibility of personal performance of the contract by persons conducting business activity or partners of a commercial law company.
c) Completion date: from the date of conclusion of the contract until 26.11.2025.
d) Before submitting the bid, the Contractor is obliged to carry out an on-site inspection. Failure to carry out an on-site inspection by the Contractor will result in the rejection of its bid in accordance with Article 226(1)(18) of the PPL.
e) The selected Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements set out in the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2269, as amended). A detailed scope of requirements in this area is included in the SWZ.
