The purpose of this public contract is to conclude an agreement with one service provider relating to occupational accident insurance. The insurance will be taken out for a period of 1 year, tacitly renewable by 1 year each time. Insurance starts on January 1, 2022. The end date of this public contract is scheduled to be December 31, 2025. However, in the absence of insurance coverage, no maximum number of renewals of 1 year will be recorded. The commissioning board will, in principle, have to organise a placement procedure every four years for this insurance contract to ensure the proper application of the public procurement legislation.

The policy shall be tacitly renewed for a period of 1 year, if none of the parties have notified its wish to end cooperation in a timely manner.

Term of notice is 3 months before the end date for the contracting authority and the main contractor.

The insurance is concluded for the following categories of employment: Staff category 1: operational professional staff, reemployed professional staff, operational professional trainee. Number of people: +/- 80.

Staff Category 2: Operational Staff Volunteer Framework and Ambulancers Volunteer Framework. Number of people +/- 354.

Staff category 3: Administrative personnel in statutory and contractual context whether temporary or not, trainees and job students. Number of people +/- 22.
