Collective catering service of the Municipality of Aviano divided into two lots:

• Lot No. 1 - Schools: the entrusting of the management of the school catering service with reduced environmental impact (supply, preparation, cooking, transport, distribution) with the “cool/hot bond” of meals intended for pupils and teachers in the schools of the Municipality of Aviano (kindergarten and primary schools of Aviano, Giais, Marsure and Villotta);

• Lot No. 2 - Living Home for the Elderly: the supply, preparation, cooking and distribution of meals intended for guests of the Residence for Seniors

School catering service with reduced environmental impact (supply, preparation, cooking, transport, distribution) with 'cool/hot bond' of meals intended for pupils and teachers in the schools of Municipality of Aviano for a total of 66,000 meals per year presumed as follows:

Supply, preparation, cooking and distribution of meals for guests of the Residence for Seniors, with reduced environmental impact for a total of 32,850 food days served per year.
