1. The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste collection and transport services from property owners in the city of Szczecinek in accordance with the provisions on:
1.1. collection of municipal waste from owners of residential and mixed real estate, i.e. those containing residential and uninhabited parts, in the city of Szczecinek, broken down into the following fractions:
A / unsorted (mixed) municipal waste;
B / biodegradable waste;
C / paper and cardboard packaging;
D / packaging made of metal, plastic and multi-material;
E / glass packaging;
F / bulky waste, including waste electrical and electronic equipment;
1.2. transport and delivery of the collected municipal waste referred to in point 1.1. point a-f above, to the Municipal Installation - Waste Management Plant Wardyń Górny 35, 78-320 Połczyn-Zdrój, POLAND, managed by Międzygminne Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o. o. in Upper Wardyń, ...
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste collection and transport services from property owners in the city of Szczecinek in accordance with the provisions on:
1.1. collection of municipal waste from owners of residential and mixed real estate, i.e. those which include residential and uninhabited parts, in the city of Szczecinek, broken down into the following fractions:
A / unsorted (mixed) municipal waste;
B / biodegradable waste;
C / paper and cardboard packaging;
D / packaging made of metal, plastic and multi-material;
E / glass packaging;
F / bulky waste, including waste electrical and electronic equipment;
1.2. transport and delivery of the collected municipal waste referred to in point 1.1. point a-f above, to the Municipal Installation - Waste Management Plant Wardyń Górny 35, 78-320 Połczyn-Zdrój, POLAND, managed by Międzygminne Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o. o. in Wardyń Górne, which is a commercial law company whose shareholder is the City of Szczecinek and in which 100% of shares belong to local government units;
1.3. conducting mobile collection of bulky waste, including waste electrical and electronic equipment;
1.4. equipment, during the term of the contract for the performance of the contract, residential and mixed real estate in containers for unsorted (mixed) municipal waste as well as containers and / or bags for collecting waste collected in a selective manner, i.e.
- biodegradable waste,
- paper and cardboard packaging,
- glass packaging,
- metal, plastic and multi-material packaging.
2. The detailed scope of services referred to in para. 1 above, is defined in Annex 1 to the ToR.
3. The provision of services in an amount not resulting in the achievement of remuneration for the entire subject of the contract does not entitle the Contractor to request orders for additional services or consisting in the repetition of similar services, as well as claims for payment of the entire remuneration for the subject of the contract. The Employer shall pay the Contractor only remuneration for services actually rendered.
4. The scope of services will be min. 80% of the scope of services specified in the detailed scope of services, constituting Annex 1 to the ToR.
